The student will be reinforced for hitting the desk top (instead of the head) when presented with a task.

If we are shaping (see the link for shaping on the home page) the behavior, in the future we will reinforce the student for:
    -hitting the desk top only once
    -tapping the desk top with fingers'
    -tapping the desk with two fingers
    -etc.
